01 Introduction

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance.
• If your account is suspended due to a suspected Terms violation, 777 will investigate and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.
• If your account is closed at your own request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting 777 support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
